This was a volunteer-driven project — brought together by a shared belief in the power of ideas to spark meaningful change. That meant every team member was giving up personal time outside of their day jobs. Weekly meetings ran from 8 PM to midnight, and we were collaborating with people we had never worked with before, across multiple teams.
On top of that, this was TEDxBangkok's first-ever event held outside of an auditorium — taking place at a historic train station, which brought an entirely new set of logistical and creative challenges at full scale.

When Everyone Shows Up, Everything Gets Made.
For the Design Team, this project was a genuinely rewarding experience. Working alongside so many talented designers meant a constant exchange of ideas — and a real sense of camaraderie. Whenever someone was stretched thin, another team member would always step in without being asked. That spirit of looking out for one another made all the difference.
Next projects.
