Challenges

Power of Faith drawn from the soul of Udon Thani itself. The province carries a deep-rooted belief in the Naga, the mythical serpent deity whose presence has been woven into the land since ancient times. Shrines and temples dedicated to the Naga are found throughout the province, and reverence for this deity runs through the everyday lives of its people. That living faith became the creative foundation for everything we built.

Doing it all alone was the challenge from day one. With no formal briefs, the work ran on creative instinct and full ownership. Most graphics were produced late at night after regular work hours, and the real pressure hit during final competition weekend — where nearly all stage visuals were rebuilt from scratch the night before the live broadcast, right up to air time. Beyond design, I was managing screen sequencing, lighting cues, background music, and live production coordination all at once.

The work didn't end on competition night. The designs were handed off to the province to be used in tourism promotion — displayed at the local airport and across official government channels. That's what made this project feel complete. Not just a successful event, but work that continued to serve the community long after the spotlight faded.
